I created High Maintenance Lashes because I love helping ladies feel their absolute BEST, most CONFIDENT SELF✨ Come Enjoy a Private, Luxury, Lash Appointment I can’t wait to see you! *BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: No Strip Lashes at least 48 hours prior to your appointment No mascara, or heavy makeup No oily moisturizers Also try to avoid energy drinks and coffee to keep your eyes from fluttering. You can also dress cozy it’s pretty cold in my room. *ARRIVING TO YOUR APPOINTMENT: Please wait in your car & send me a text when you have arrived. *DEPOSIT POLICY: I require all clients to secure their appointment by credit/debit card. All Deposits are Non-Refundable! *REFILL POLICY: if you can count the amount of lash extensions you have, it will be a new set required 40-50% lashes must be remaining on both eyes. *LATE POLICY: Please let me know ahead of time if you will be running behind or late to your appointment 10-15 minutes is okay. 20-30 minutes we may need to reschedule if it conflicts with my other client’s appointments. Please be kind and courteous to everyone’s time. There are times were I may be running behind on a Lash Client as well. But I will always let you know ahead of time! What if my lashes fall off? Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will lose your deposits
